There are lots of ways to support your child at home and to build on what they learn in school.
Reading with or to people in your family is a great one! Please remember to sign your child’s Reading Diary to say that they have read. This is a really good way to communicate with school and shows that you are supporting your child.
As a school, we use Seesaw and Google Classroom, and your child can log in and use these tools at home.
Click here for instructions about logging in to Google Classroom from home.
The children also each have a log in for a range of digital learning platforms including Purple Mash, Times Tables Rock Stars, Numbots, EdShed and Charanga Music School.
We use many of these in class over the course of the year and they can all be accessed at home too.
Using these tools and resources will help your child to gain independence while practising skills they have been taught in school – and having plenty of fun too!
We hope that you enjoy exploring these resources together.
