Will your child start reception in September 2023?

You should apply for your child to start in Reception in the school year your child turns 4. So if your child was born between 1st September 2018 and 31st August 2019, it is time to start looking for the right school for your child and your family… maybe that could be Naburn?

We hope that our website and our Twitter feed will give you an insight into some of the things that make Naburn CE Primary such a special place – but we would also love to give prospective families the opportunity to meet us in person. 

We will be holding an Open Day on Wednesday 2nd November, between 8am and 5pm. Everyone is welcome, and no appointment is necessary – call in anytime, below is a brief outline of the day:

  • 8am – 8.45am Mr Green’s pre-school Y3/4 Maths Club
  • Morning – Maths and English lessons
  • Afternoon – Foundation subjects and Topic work
  • 2.40pm – Worship Assembly
  • 3.15 – 4.15pm Mr Green’s Y6 Maths Club
  • After School Club will be running from 3.15pm
