The governors were delighted to be able to appoint Mrs. Brenda Christison to the post of Headteacher.  She will take over after Easter, but I am sure we will be seeing her before then as she gets to know the school, the staff and the pupils prior to taking up the post.  She managed to sail through, not only the rigorous selection process, but also the high waters in December to impress us all! Mrs.Christison is currently Deputy Headteacher of St. Barnabas CE School in York.
